We keep returns simple, with a clear and structured process.
You can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
All original packaging must be included
The product must not show any signs of use
Returns are handled directly from your account area.
Log in to your account
Go to My Account → Orders
Select the order you want to return
Submit your return request
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and you will receive further instructions.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
Submit a return request from your account within 7 days
Include clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected
The amount will be refunded to the original payment method
Processing times may vary depending on the provider
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
As items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection — please check the size guide carefully
